- Develop HR Policies and Procedures:
- Formulate, review, and update company policies and procedures in alignment with company culture and local laws and regulations.
- Ensure consistency and application of HR policies across all locations.
- Cultivate Company Values:
- Work closely with the Co-founders, CEO and Chief Accountant to articulate and embed company values throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a company culture grounded in performance excellence, quality assurance, responsibility, consistency, precision and company rules compliance.
- Performance Management and KPIs:
- Work with Function Leads and co-founders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments and roles.
- Implement performance management systems to track and evaluate employee and worker performance.
- Create and manage bonus/malus programs to drive performance and motivation.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employee and worker.
- Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the WE FOOD culture.
- Create and implement recruitment policies to attract talents.
- Employee and worker Engagement and Issue Resolution:
- Work directly with employee and worker to resolve workplace issues and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to workers regarding policies, procedures, and company updates
- Design team-building activities to enhance collaboration and communication within the organization
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee and worker concerns and conflicts promptly.
- Conduct employee and worker feedback sessions and implement improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee and worker development programs.
- Support career growth by providing opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.

- Payroll & OT Responsibilities
- Checking time records and calculate payroll for Full-time and Part-time staff.
